Pricing at Forest House Lodge includes everything, such as taxes and service fees. Gratuity is never required or automatically added. Click here to download our guide.

No. Cake cutting is included, and couples can choose a custom cake or dessert option.

There is no additional fee. Plated or family-style service is available for weddings under 125 guests due to kitchen capacity.

Each wedding includes a $1,000 bar tab. Additional bar service can be added with your approval during the event. You’re never charged beyond the agreed amount without consent.

Guests & Logistics

The lodge includes 27 guest rooms, accommodating approximately 63–70 overnight guests.

Final guest count is confirmed 14 days before your wedding. Pricing is adjusted based on that final number.

Yes. Guest rooms are booked and paid for individually, similar to a hotel stay.

Children ages 0–3 are not counted. Ages 4–12 count as half. Larger groups of children may be served a kid-friendly buffet.

Yes. Breakfast the next morning is included for up to 70 guests.

Vendors & Planning

No. You can bring in any vendors you’d like. There are no fees for using outside vendors.

Yes. Your coordinator and team handle nearly all setup and teardown so you can focus on the day itself.

Venue & Experience

You have private use of the property for approximately 27 hours, including the full day, night, and the following morning.

The ceremony site is located about 1.5 miles from the lodge, set in the forest with panoramic Sierra views.

Forest House Lodge is completely private. The entire property is reserved for you and your guests only.

There is no strict cutoff for music indoors. Your reception can continue as long as you’d like.

Yes. A wide range of décor is available for use, along with built-in lighting. There are no additional fees to use what’s provided.

A $2,000 deposit secures your date. From there, you can choose a payment plan that works for you.
