It has always been a primary focus of the Lodge to provide our guests with culinary experiences that go far beyond what is often called "wedding food". It's part of our reputation to create a menu that excites the pallet as well as provide offer selections that are quite a distance from the beaten path. Sure, we can do prime rib and like no one else, but we also have ten separate vegetarian selections as well!

Add to this culinary salute an equal dedication to the world of cake and confections, Pastry Chef/Co-Owner Monica Nickel creates a new decorative sensation each week by working closely with the vision of the Bride and Groom. Its true, she has done everything from the elegant and sophisticated to the humorous and tongue-in-cheek. Each creation is personal and our focus each time is that it must reflect the Bride and Groom's personality from color to taste.
